Local artist, teacher celebrates retirement with two-part exhibition Brodeur's "The Veneer of the Familiar" spans his career at Furman, South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts & Humanities and beyond.
Furman’s Michael Brodeur opens 2019-20 exhibitions in Thompson Gallery After 40 years of teaching, mostly in higher education, Brodeur will retire at the end of the academic year. He presents "The Veneer of the Familiar” through Sept. 26.
