Furman Community Mindfulness Sessions

June 4 @ 7:30 am - July 30 @ 8:00 am

Free weekly drop-in mindfulness sessions open to the entire Furman community (students, staff, faculty, alum and friends). Each 30-minute Zoom session will include guided mindfulness meditation practice and some gentle mindful movement. Dr. Meghan Slining in the Health Science Department and Dr. Min-Ken Liao in the Biology Department will be the facilitators for these sessions. All are welcome! Furman Community Silent Mindfulness Retreat Live-Online

Free 4-hour silent mindfulness retreat, offered live-online.
