The history department is hosting a CLP with Princeton historian Tera Hunter next Thursday, Sept. 28, at 7pm in McEachern Lecture Hall. The topic is “Slave and Free Black Marriage in the Nineteenth Century” and is especially timely given Furman’s new initiatives to address slavery-related topics in the university’s history.
