Furman University’s Office of Spiritual Life presents an Interfaith Celebration in honor of the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr. Monday, Jan. 20, at 7 p.m. in Daniel Chapel. The event features guest proclaimer Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes, author of “Too Heavy a Yoke” and “I Bring the Voices of My People.” Furman University Gospel Ensemble and student Religious Council Leaders also contribute to the program.
