In these uncertain times, there has never been a deeper need for innovation and culturally relevant teaching. In this motivational presentation, Fleming tells the story of his journey from being an at-risk youth and college dropout to becoming an award-winning Harvard educator, while unpacking the nuances of virtual learning and cultural engagement. Fleming is assistant debate coach at Harvard University and Founder/CEO of the Harvard Diversity Project, a program designed to provide educational opportunities at Harvard for black students from metro Atlanta.
