Furman University will host several speakers during its 6th annual TEDx event, which takes place Saturday, Feb. 17, 1-4:30 p.m. in Younts Conference Center on the Furman campus. TEDxFurmanU2018 is open to the public. Tickets are $5 with a valid Furman ID and $15 (plus a small processing fee) for the general public.
TEDxFurmanU is a student-run, independently-organized TED event affiliated with student organization Furman Creative Collaborative. This year, TEDxFurmanU2018 features a diverse slate of speakers who question key assumptions about climate change, criminal justice, health care, religion and addiction.
