Prints by Kent State University School of Art professor Taryn McMahon will be on display Jan. 15-Feb. 15 in Thompson Gallery on the Furman University campus. The artist will present a talk during a reception in the gallery Thursday, Feb. 15, 6-7:30 p.m. Regular Thompson Gallery hours are Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The exhibition, Vanishing Points, is free and open to the public and is sponsored by the Furman Department of Art. The exhibition includes an installation of eight large-scale printed banners created specifically for Thompson Gallery. Twelve additional works on paper will also be on view.
