News from campus and beyond
Gallery: Fall Day of Service
Since the Heller Service Corps couldn’t bring the community to campus this year for the Fall Fest, it decided to send Furman out into the community. The first ever Fall Day of Service on Sunday, Nov. 14, saw more than 200 students working on projects in the Greenville area, as well as on campus.
Their efforts assisted local organizations like the Woodlands, Greenville County Animal Care, YouthBASE, The Family Effect, the Giving Tree, Thrive Upstate, Miracle Hill, Greenville Rescue Mission, Prisma Health, Neighborhood Focus, Triune Mercy Center and the Furman Farm.
