Furman celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, and last Friday’s Fiesta Hispana on the Trone Student Center patio was the perfect closer. Sponsored by the Hispanic Organization for Latinx Awareness (HOLA) and the Center for Inclusive Communities, the fifth annual fiesta featured music, dance demonstrations and food from The Empanada Shack.
