(CLP) Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle

We have been lied to our whole lives about what wellness “should” look like. It turns out wellness is not a state of mind, but a state of action. It is the freedom to move through the innate cycles and oscillations of being human. Bestselling author and nationally known health educator Dr. Emily Nagoski will explore the concept of burnout, the science behind the stress response cycle, and help participants critically examine the ways our culture talks about stress and wellness. Sponsored by the Office of Spiritual Life and the Psychology Department, this CLP is scheduled for March 25 at 6:30 p.m. – click here to register!
