Bestselling author and nationally known health educator Dr. Emily Nagoski will explore the concept of burnout, the science behind the stress response cycle, and help participants critically examine the ways our culture talks about stress and wellness. Sponsored by the Office of Spiritual Life and the Psychology Department, this CLP is scheduled for March 25 at 6:30 p.m. – click here to register!
