The men’s basketball team, which plays its opening game in the conference tournament Saturday night against Mercer, has had a great regular season. There were twelve consecutive victories to start the season, a road win over defending national champ Villanova, an early ranking in the national Top 25, and a school record for regular-season wins. But the real challenge begins in the postseason. Head coach Bob Richey shares his thoughts about the season with The Greenville News.
