Through Saturday, Dec. 15, Furman is among the nine undefeated teams (12-0) remaining in Division I. The Paladins made their first-ever appearance in the Top 25 earlier this month and have victories over two of last year’s Final Four teams—Loyola-Chicago and Villanova. The Paladins’ next big game comes this Friday night when they travel to LSU. The Associated Press story appeared in media outlets across the country, including The New York Times.
