Krissy Gear ’21 represents U.S. at U20 World Championships

Krissy Gear '21 posts a 10th place finish at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Tampere, Finland.

Furman University freshman Kristlin (Krissy) Gear ’21 represented her country in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World U20 Championships in Finland. After qualifying for finals with a time of 10:09 and change, Gear posted a 10th place finish July 13 with a time of 10:00:99.
