DELAY: Furman will open at 10 a.m. Monday; classes start at 10:30 a.m.
Furman University will delay opening until 10 a.m. Monday, with classes starting at 10:30 a.m.
The dining hall will be open to students at 7:30 a.m.
Employees should not report before 10 a.m. unless directed otherwise by supervisors. Faculty and staff should use caution when driving.
Sunday night, the National Weather Service was forecasting a chance of patchy freezing drizzle beginning at 6 a.m. Monday. The university will send text and email alerts to notify students, faculty and staff of any schedule changes and will continue to provide updates at news.furman.edu.
