Workout at Furman

The PAC, with basketball, group fitness, cardio machines, swimming and more, is one more way Furman reaches out to the community.

You don’t have to be a student or faculty/staff member to have access to the Herman W. Lay Physical Activities Center (a.k.a. “the PAC”) on the campus of Furman University. Local TV station WSPA “Scene on 7” invites the PAC’s Group X Instructor Leslie Nease, and Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness Services Stephen Opskar to the station to describe what’s available at the facility.
