The best and brightest

BusinessInsider.com is recognizing 24 of the best and brightest high-school seniors in the United States, which include an Olympic athlete, a cancer survivor, a researcher, a Thiel Fellow, a self-published novelist, and a musical darling who was accepted to all eight Ivy League schools. And one of the honored students, Crystal Brockington of Conyers, Ga., will begin her college career at Furman this fall.
