The Furman rugby team will travel to Charleston Saturday to participate in a round-robin tournament against Citadel, College of Charleston and Coastal Carolina.

The squad is coming off a Feb. 8 24-0 victory over the University of South Carolina B-side in Columbia.

The Paladins will face off against the College of Charleston at noon in the afternoon’s first game. Furman will play Coastal and the Citadel at 1:30 and 3:30 respectively. All contests will consist of a 30-minute half and will be played on the main parade ground at the The Citadel.

With the fall matrix season completed, all spring 15s games are friendlies. The Paladins spring 15s team, 2-0, is composed entirely of returning players and a handful of rookies who joined the squad in January.
