Furman volunteers offer assistance
An Upstate cemetery is so overgrown you can hardly see the graves, and families with loved ones buried there are trying to get it cleaned up. Help is on the way, though, in the form of volunteers. The Poinsett Corridor Revitalization Coalition, a collaborative effort among Furman, local government and businesses to revitalize the area, has decided to take it on as a project. WSPA-TV reported on the project.
