Greenville News reports on new strategic plan

The Greenville News published an article about the Furman Board of Trustees’ decision to approve the university’s new strategic plan.   The story stated that the Furman of the future “will be more focused on holistic, multi-faceted education of students who will be better equipped to lead a ‘civil discourse’ the country sorely needs.”
