Six easy ways to boost your memory

Could the simple act of relaxing boost our ability to remember? That’s what Furman Psychology Professor Erin Wamsley has discovered. Her research on memory is cited in the Irish Examiner in an article that gives tips on amping up memory. She found that a 15-minute period of  wakeful rest after learning new material enhanced later recall of the information.
